This Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation, refund, and returns process for courses, community, digital products, and physical products offered by SMARTxEduCom LLP ("Company") located in Ichalkaranji, India. By accessing or using the Course Platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Courses

1.1. Cancellation: Once a course is purchased, cancellation requests are not accepted. Therefore, please review the course details carefully before making a purchase decision.

1.2. Refund: All course fees are non-refundable. Once a course is purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Community

2.1. Cancellation: There is no cancellation process for community subscriptions or memberships. You may choose to discontinue your participation in the community at any time.

2.2. Refund: Community subscription fees are non-refundable. Once you have paid for a community subscription, no refunds will be provided.

3. Digital Products

3.1. Cancellation: There is no cancellation process for digital products. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, the purchase is considered final.

3.2. Refund: All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any digital products purchased through the Platform.

3.3. Return: There are no returns accepted for digital products. All digital product purchases are non-returnable.

4. Physical Products

4.1. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order for a physical product, you must notify us before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

4.2. Refund: If a physical product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed upon return and verification of the defective or damaged product.

4.3. Return: To be eligible for a return of a physical product, it must be defective or damaged upon receipt. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition for the return to be processed.
